co//lab is the signature event space at the BCC and has been created to make a powerful impression from the moment guests arrive. It is a spacious, contemporary environment designed for organisations that want their events to feel polished, modern and effortless. From 16 to 140, whether you are hosting a leadership gathering, a client showcase, a team away day or a large conference, co//lab provides a striking backdrop that instantly elevates the experience.
The layout is adaptable, allowing you to create the atmosphere you want, from an intimate workshop setting to a high‑energy plenary that brings people together with focus and impact. The space is supported by expert on‑site staff who ensure everything runs smoothly so you can concentrate on your content and your delegates.

Meeting Rooms
The Meeting Rooms at the BCC give teams a smart, focused place to get meaningful work done. These are calm, professional spaces suited to tasks that need concentration, whether you are preparing a bid, interviewing candidates or bringing a small group together to plan.
Each room is set up to help people settle quickly and work productively. The layout can be arranged to match the style of your session, from formal discussions to more open team workshops. The atmosphere is clear and uncluttered, helping everyone stay on task.
Breakout areas close by offer space to pause and regroup, with comfortable seating and easy access to drinks. Catering can be arranged when needed, helping longer sessions run smoothly.
If you want a reliable, well presented space that supports clear thinking and purposeful meetings, the Project Rooms provide an ideal setting.
Event Space
The BCC Café offers a relaxed, modern setting ideal for informal events that still need a professional touch. It is a bright, open space that works well for team socials, client evenings, product showcases and gatherings of up to 100 guests. The atmosphere is welcoming and adaptable, making it easy to create the style of event you want.
With a large display screen, quality sound and presenter support, the café can host engaging talks, demos and presentations with ease. It gives you the freedom to mix conversation, content and hospitality in one inviting space.
Bespoke catering is available, and the BCC team will manage all arrangements ahead of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Location
Located in Greenways Business Park, Chippenham, the BCC is easily accessible by car, rail, and air. The BCC has 74 dedicated parking spaces with overflow parking available for larger events.
- By car – M4, exit at J17, follow signs of A350 towards Chippenham. The M4 is less than 3 miles away from Greenways Business Park.
- By rail – Chippenham train station is in the centre of town, 2 miles away from the BCC: follow signs to A350 from Chippenham, on Malmesbury Road, turn right at Greenways Business Park. The BCC is a 10-minute taxi or 20-minute walk from the station.
- By air – Bristol Airport (BRS) is approx. 30 miles away. 1h30mins by car. Buses run to Bristol Temple Meads train station from Bristol Airport. Train from Bristol to Chippenham in under 30 minutes.
